A few years ago, I realized that my life was not going where I wanted. It took me so many times to realize that I was the only one that could do something to correct that. My journey took time, but over the years I started getting up and enjoying life. I started enjoying adventures and the adrenaline, I quit smoking, started taking care of my health and lost 60 pounds I developed a huge passion for mountain hiking and many more things.
I started eating once a day with intermittent fasting, I tried the slow-fast diet. I started running when I could not even run for 30 seconds without being out of breath. I learned to adapt my body to the cold and to let my mind take control over my body. I decided to pursue my old dream of being a writer and to take on challenges I never thought I could do. I am writing my first book and using this blog to practice my writing.
I learned so many things on this journey and I still have so many things to learn and do. I still have weight to lose, adventures to do, self-esteem to build up. That is why I decided to start this blog, I am here to share with you all this knowledge I learned so you could follow the next move! From eating once a day to the journey of an ironman race passing by so many diets and adventures.
I am in no way a certified expert, but a normal guy with a lot of knowledge who enjoys writing
